Parker vs Chisora : The heavyweights head up a huge card.

Parker fight live Dereck Chisora will take on Joseph Parker to headline a card on May 1, also featuring Katie Taylor, Natasha Jonas, Dmitry Biovl and Chris Eubank Jr.

The fight will be shown on DAZN around the world except in the UK, Ireland, China, New Zealand and Samoa.

Chisora last fought in October when he lost to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk, and has been planning a fight with New Zealand boxer Parker since 2019. In October of that year a fight between the pair fell through when Parker was bitten by a spider, something which Chisora disputed. 

Parker fought in New Zealand in February this year against compatriot Junior Fa to a points victory, reaching a number three ranking by the WBO.

Chris Eubank Jr's ambitious plans are at stake

Eubank Jr marks his first UK fight in over two years by meeting Morrison in a must-win clash, with the WBA interim champion eager to resume his rise towards the rival world champions.

"This is one of the strongest shows we've promoted and there is still even more to come," said promoter Eddie Hearn.

"Chisora versus Parker is a brilliant style match-up that has been brewing for years and Taylor versus Jonas is one of the biggest fights in women's boxing.

The last time YouTuber Jake Paul last climbed into a boxing ring he KO'd former NBA star Nate Robinson in the 2nd round and went viral. Now he's looking to do it all over again against a proper professional: ex-MMA fighter Ben Askren. They'll fight on April 17, starting around 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET.

Jake Paul is the brother of Logan Paul. Both are YouTuber online personalities with sizeable followings across almost every social media platform. They initially gained popularity on now-defunct video platform Vine and Jake Paul starred in Bizaardvark, a show on the Disney Channel. 

As of late both Paul brothers have become well-known for -- bizarrely -- boxing. Logan Paul boxed fellow YouTuber KSI to a draw in a ludicrously high profile amateur boxing match in August 2018. Jake Paul fought KSI's brother Deji Olatunji on the undercard.

Tim Tszyu vs Dennis Hogan to fight in Newcastle on March 31

Tim Tszyu’s fight against Dennis Hogan will go ahead as planned on March 31.

Fox Sports’ Ben Damon confirmed on Sunday that Hogan was injured while sparring on Wednesday, but the damage sustained to his nose isn’t bad enough to call off the Tszyu Hogan Fight time .

He’s now clear to face Tszyu in the world title eliminator at Newcastle Entertainment Centre.

Hogan last week confirmed to the Daily Telegraph that he had a “little bit of a nose injury” but has been cleared to fight after a medical assessment.

The winner of the fight is in line for a shot against WBO super-welterweight champion Brian Castano.

Hogan (28-3-1) represents a big challenge for Tszyu (17-0-0), who is currently the biggest name in Australian boxing.

“This is a great tune-up for him to get back on the world stage,” Hogan’s manager, Danny Dimas, said at Tuesday’s press conference.

“We’re not underestimating Tim. Tim’s a great fighter, a great Australian fighter. Dennis is a world class fighter.”

Tszyu himself added he had all attention placed squarely on Hogan as he looks to continue his rise.

“As they say, he’s world class,” he said.

“But I think he’s just under that world class [standard] because he’s never been able to get to the top. But look, I need to beat a ‘Dennis Hogan’ to be where I want to be.” Tszyu Hogan stream

‘All points’ finally agreed for $350m Anthony Joshua v Tyson Fury heavyweight blockbuster

Anthony Joshua vs Fury live have finally reached an agreement over their heavyweight world title unification fight, according to promoter Bob Arum.

The much-anticipated bout has been in the works since Joshua beat Kubrat Pulev in December but Fury’s promoter Arum says “all the points” have now been agreed.

“(It’s done) as far as I am concerned,” Arum told iFL TV.

“That’s what each side has said. Now, we are scrambling around to get the thing signed and everything.

“But I can say clearly, based on my view on everything, that there are no more issues.”

No date or venue for the fight has been set but it will likely be staged in June or July in the Middle East; possibly Saudi Arabia where Joshua won his 2019 rematch against Andy Ruiz Jr.

Both champions will reportedly earn half of the 200 million pound ($A358 million) purse, with a rematch already slated to be held in the UK later in the year.

Both fights are seeking to become the heavyweight division’s first undisputed champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.

Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury could be pushed back to July in huge boost to fans with £200m fight agreed

ANTHONY JOSHUA's blockbuster undisputed heavyweight title fight with Tyson Fury could be pushed back until July.

The biggest fight in the history of British boxing is on the brink of being announced following months of negotiations.

A two-fight deal, which will see both men split the purse from their first meeting evenly, was agreed last June.

Both parties had earmarked late June for the long-awaited Battle of Britain, although Fury's co-promoter Bob Arum has revealed the bout could end up happening in early July.

The Top Rank Boxing chief told The Daily Mirror: "We're nearly there.

"As far as I can ascertain, there are no issues separating the two sides. There has been consensus agreement in all issues.

"We hope very shortly that the fight will be signed. Then we will pick the site and we’ll be up and running.

"I'm looking towards late June or early July for the actual fight to take place."

The news that Joshua vs Fury live fight could take place in July is a huge boost for UK sports fans, who, from June 21 onwards, won't be restricted from filling stadiums and arenas.

Arum's update on the potential date for the fight comes a few days after he revealed the fine details of the £200million bout had been ironed out.

He told iFL TV: “Yeah as far as I am concerned. I’ve been working on it; all the points have been agreed to.

“That’s what each side has said. Now, we are scrambling around to get the thing signed and everything.

“But I can say clearly, based on my view on everything, that there are no more issues.”
